Two miles to the west of this Penzance cottage is the magnificent St Michael’s Mount, where at low tide you can follow in the footsteps of pilgrims to discover this ancient island. There are plentiful shops and cafes in nearby Penzance and a short drive from the cottage is dramatic Land’s End, Sennen Cove and the pretty little fishing village of St Ives.
