Oozing with classic Dales character, this charming 18th century stone-built cottage overlooks the village green and riverside life of Linton, one of the prettiest villages in the Yorkshire National Park. Restored by the current owners, Sandy Cottage is a delight, with Yorkstone flags, aged timber floors and exposed beams providing distinctive first-class accommodation. The cottage boasts a cosy sitting room with open fire in a feature stone fireplace, a dining room with French windows leading to a private Yorkstone flagged rear patio, and a fabulous location just yards from one of the best gourmet pubs in the area. Centrally located in this beautiful part of the National Park, there are lovely walks from the doorstep, while nearby is popular Grassington, with its wide range of shops, pubs and art galleries, annual Grassington festival in the summer, and traditional Christmas market and entertainment.
