Through the kitchen then into the quaint dining room before entering the sitting room with its massive comfortable settee and a woodburner for cosy evenings on the cooler nights. There are two traditionally furnished bedrooms here which along with the bathroom are situated on the first floor. Outside at the rear of the cottage a flight of steps will take you along a path leading to a private elevated patio with splendid views over this lovely old town. Just a short stroll from the cottage will take you to the heart of this historic town with numerous antique shops as well as contemporary art and craft shops, many located down the hidden lanes the town is famous for. A choice of several excellent pubs and restaurants are all within a few minutes’ walk with the closest being the Restormel Lodge just a couple of doors away offering seasonal Cornish produce in its conservatory restaurant. For the sports enthusiasts the Golf and Country club offers a challenging 18 hole golf course as well as tennis and swimming. Fishermen will be able to obtain licences for salmon and trout fishing and horse riding can be enjoyed in a nearby village. With splendid walks right from the door and so much to see and explore in the locality this is an excellent cottage to be enjoyed all year round.
